Why does my bank account show "Hay", "Hay Limited" or "Cuscal" instead of ColCap Financial?

Hay and Cuscal are ColCap Financial's payment technology providers. Depending on your financial institution, you may see "Hay", "Hay Limited" or "Cuscal" displayed when viewing account details or making payments to a ColCap Financial account.

This occurs because financial institutions use different fields from the Australian BSB registry when displaying account information. While the BSB name may be updated to show ColCap Financial, some institutions may continue to display Hay or Cuscal based on the information source they use.

There is no impact to your account or payments. As long as you enter the correct BSB and account number, your payment will be processed securely and sent to the intended account. Payments are processed using the BSB and account number, not the account name displayed by your financial institution.

We understand this may be confusing, but you can be confident that your funds will continue to be transferred safely and correctly.
