You will receive a monthly statement if you have a Qantas Money Offset Home Loan. You can choose to receive them either electronically via email or through the mail. If you have a Qantas Money Basic Home Loan, you will receive statements biannually. If you want to change your preferences, you can update them in the Qantas Money Home Loans e-banking facility.
