What happens if I can’t access my Qantas Money Home Loans app account?

Here are some helpful tips to help access your account.

Step 1. Please refer to the account recovery email. This email contains your mobile app recovery code. It’s a code you can use to recover your account in the event you are locked out or forget your account passcode. It is very important that you store this recovery code somewhere secure.

Step 2. When you attempt to log back into your Qantas Money Home Loan account, and fail, you'll be taken through the account recovery flow and asked to enter this code.
