What types of home loans does Qantas Money Home Loans offer?

At Qantas Money Home Loans, we offer a range of home loans to suit your individual needs. These include: 

Loan types:

  • Fixed rate - interest rate is locked in for a set period
  • Variable rate - interest rate fluctuates with the market

Loan purposes:

  • Owner occupier - a loan for the home you will live in, suitable for first home buyers, refinancers or those buying their next home
  • Investment - those looking to build a property investment portfolio

Different repayment types:

  • Principal and interest - pay off the loan amount plus interest
  • Interest only - pay the interest only for a set period (popular with investors)

Qantas Money Home Loans, you must have at least a 10% deposit or equity for our Offset Home Loan, or 20% deposit or equity for our Basic Home Loan. Loans above $2M require a minimum 25% deposit as well as savings to cover fees and charges such as stamp duty. If the deposit is less than 20% you’ll also need to pay Lender’s Mortgage Insurance (LMI).

Plus, we offer up to six offset accounts for both fixed and variable home loans when you take out a Qantas Money Offset Home Loan.
