How can I make repayments?

Making repayments using the Qantas Money Home Loans app:

If you have a Qantas Money Basic or Offset Home Loan funded by Bendigo Bank, you can make repayments using Pay Anyone or BPAY, via the mobile app.

Pay Anyone

With the Pay Anyone feature, there are two options available, including;

A ‘standard’ payment, which can take up to two business days; or
OSKO payment, which is generally done in real-time and is instantaneous.

BPAY

You can use the BPAY feature to make repayments through the app by selecting BPAY as the payment option.

You will need to use your home loan's specific Customer Reference Number (CRN) and the provided BPAY Biller Code.
Make sure to check the processing times to avoid late fees, as payments can take up to three business days.

Making repayments using the Qantas Money Atlas Home Loans online portal:

If you have a Qantas Money Atlas Home Loan funded by ColCap Financial, you can make repayments through the online portal.

Log in and select the ‘Transfers & Payments’ tab, then choose ‘Loan Repayment’.
Select either ‘Direct Debit’ or ‘Inter-Account Transfer’ as your repayment type, choose the home loan account you would like to repay, and enter the Payee Description and Withdrawal Description for your transaction records.
Select the account you would like the repayment to come from, such as your nominated direct debit account or an eligible offset account, then enter the repayment amount.
You can choose to make a one-off repayment or set up a recurring repayment. Recurring repayments can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and can be set to end on a specific date, continue indefinitely, or stop after a selected number of repayments.

Alternatively, you can make repayments from another financial institution by transferring funds directly to your home loan using your home loan account's BSB and account number.
