How do I log in to e-banking for my home loan?

For loans that were approved prior to 26 May 2025, customers can log in to e-banking for their home loan, here.

If you can’t find or have forgotten your password, customer number, or need any assistance accessing your e-banking, give us a call on 1300 992 700 and we’ll be happy to help. Or, for more information about e-banking click here.

For loans that were approved on or after 26 May 2025, you will need the Qantas Money Home Loans app to get started managing your home loan. Refer to ‘How do I start using the Qantas Money Home Loans app’ FAQ for more details.
