Can I get app notifications when money moves from my accounts?

Yes, you can choose to receive push notifications every time payments or transfers are made from any of your accounts. 

In order to receive transfer notifications, customers will need to enable push notifications as part of the initial onboarding.

Customers are able to manage their notification preferences through the ‘More’ menu -> notifications tile. 

In the event a customer is not receiving notifications, they may have chosen not to allow notifications when setting up their device and will need to update this in their device settings using the Qantas Money Home Loans app.
