Existing cardholders: Qantas Premier Credit Cards online and app services are currently unavailable until 4:00am AEST Monday 8 September 2025 while we complete a scheduled system change. Please download the new Qantas Money Credit Cards App from 8 September 2025. You can continue to make purchases using your card as normal however you’ll need to call us to block a lost or stolen card or request a credit limit decrease. Please note, payment via Australia Post and ATM withdrawals will be unavailable during this time. Learn more about the changes.
